THRIVE 365
SIGNATURE FRAMEWORK
Personal development and workforce development happen together.
Thrive 365 is BOTW’s evidence-informed methodology that connects whole-person development with career preparation, hands-on experience, and continued support through three linked phases. These phases are coordinated with employer and training partners; BOTW connects them around each Career Builder rather than delivering everything alone.

CAREER BUILDER JOURNEY
A guided experience built around where you are and where you want to go.
-
Your experience starts with a conversation about your interests, strengths, experiences, priorities, and what you want from the future. Your Career Navigator uses that conversation to better understand what direction may fit.
-
Together, the Career Builder and Career Navigator create a personalized plan that brings the pieces into focus, from education and training to work experience, career options, and other resources that may be useful along the way. The plan can change as the Career Builder learns, grows, and discovers new possibilities.
-
Career Builders connect with employers, training providers, mentors, and community partners through hands-on experiences, career exposure, skill-building, and relationship-building. The goal is to give young adults a chance to learn by doing and better understand what fits them.
-
BOTW stays connected after you enter employment, apprenticeship, training, or another destination. Through onboarding, coaching, and 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins, your Career Navigator helps you adjust, problem-solve, and keep building on your progress.
