A dedicated Career Navigator who works with each Career Builder from the first conversation through the first 90 days on the job.
Paid work experience
Paid work during the Practice phase, so young adults earn while they learn. (Planned for the pilot, subject to funding.)

Transportation, tools, work attire, and other resources that remove barriers to showing up and staying engaged.
Partnership building
Building relationships with employers, training providers, and community partners, so every Career Builder has a clear path and people behind them.
